The Villa:
The idea was to create a house with the feel and tranquility of a resort style villa - locate it in the lush surroundings of a stunning golf course - and still have quick and easy access to the "real" world of Bangkok. It's all very well living in the tropical paradise of Phuket (Southern Thailand) but it can get to feel very isolated after a while. And in Phuket, once you step outside your front gate, remember you will ALWAYS be treated as a tourist - a bit galling after buying your dream home.
Building quality in Thailand can be questionable - this is why the villa has been built by an English builder to western specifications and quality. In addition, the interior design was created by an English designer.
The Villa sits on a land plot of 1160 sq metres (12,500 sq feet) The internal areas total 720 sq metres or 7,750 sq feet. The front of the villa is located on a quiet road with virtually no passing traffic. The rear faces onto a lake - the sun sets directly opposite over the infinity edge pool and lake - beautiful!
